Just had them delivered, the fish thankfully was only half covered in hardly cooked batter, chips were cold and disgusting, very disappointing.

Always quick and easy to order take away via the app. Take away food very tasty too. Would recommend.
Disappointed
We ordered delivery at 5:30pm. After phoning to ask for an update, the food finally arrived at 7:55pm. The pasta was cold and the panzanella was undercooked.
When we phoned to complain, we were told a refund would only be considered if we brought the food back to the restaurant. We explained we had ordered delivery because we had been drinking and could not drive, and asked if the driver could return to collect it. This was refused as they were “too busy”.
We are very disappointed with both the quality of the food and how the complaint was handled.
