Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it and are continuously working to improve the app. Notifications should be working correctly. If you are not receiving them, please contact us by email info@benzing.cc with details about your device and app version so that we can investigate the issue. Regarding the pigeon speed, this is currently not displayed during the race. This was also the case in the previous app. The reason is that the release time and distance can still be adjusted by the administrator in MyPigeons until the race has ended. To ensure accurate results, the speed can only be calculated once the race data has been finalized therefore the speed in a push up notification is not planned for the moment.
New App
Notifications aren’t coming through and the OLR tracking can’t be updated on this app.
How about tech support options?
If all this is there then chalk it up to not very user friendly
