The main gripe I have as a Pro user is that I have to re-login every time I open the app. Can you please work on persisting logins or offering that as an option on the page? I usually want to check a message/alert and instead of taking a few seconds it’s 10+ seconds since I have to re-navigate to whatever I am looking for, even if I select a notification. ### 2/5 — Wth is wrong with your login *2026-01-30, version 3.5.11* Can't log in. While I’m extremely impressed with the value I’ve been able to extract from the services themselves, the app could use some polishing. For instance, managing subscriptions through the app is not possible which can be frustrating. The app also feels like an after thought due to its clunkiness. Again, while a great tool to add to my arsenal, it could use some polishing is all. I reiterate, the app, not the services. The services are amazing. ### 1/5 — Definitely Not Worth *2024-12-18, version 3.5.7* I took this subscription today and I am already regretting the decision. The current market prices are very lagging compared to market. Its not giving any option to customize. Showing some ETF tickers all the time on the screen which is completely useless. They should have updated with main indices. Pls don’t go for this subscription. Simply useless! ### 1/5 — Almost unusable. *2024-12-04, version 3.5.7* I was a paid monthly customer for the Benzinga Yield Report and I can barely navigate the app without encountering multiple pop ups or it scrolls and won’t allow me to click command functions. I decided to cancel my subscription and on an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a ginormous screen had issues scrolling and clicking even the cancel button. Screens within screens don’t work and pop ups make it almost unusable. ### 1/5 — Very Buggy *2024-12-04, version 3.5.7* I love the service but the app is unusable. It was ok previously but now after the last update it seems opens then everything goes blank with a graphic that says “something went wrong, try again”. Over and over. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. I can’t even get to the login screen to try and logout and back in. ### 1/5 — App ≠ desktop *2024-11-02, version 3.5.6* App frequently inaccurate data; dissimilar content compared to website. Unreliable. ### 1/5 — Expensive, not accurate, slow *2024-10-24, version 3.5.6* There are so many problems with this app that it’s at the bottom of useful apps, websites, or other financial trading platforms, or investing platforms. Benzinga also doesn’t support feedback and questions. And be careful, they won’t refund you if you try too cancel immediately after purchasing this app, so try for one month only and watch so they don’t automatically set your subscription to an annual subscription. The stock prices are wrong, not updated, making it worthless to scan stocks, which doesn’t help trading. The news feed is everywhere, some good, but much is superfluous. Lots of distractions throughout. I use Seeking Alpha, Fidelity, barons, WSJ, Morningstar, and some others. Fifelity gets most of the Benzinga feeds - so don’t need that part. Seeking Alpha has everything Benzinga has,but in a better format, and a lot more for less money. And SA has support. Fidelity has better investing information through the Analyst section. And of course investing ideas and detail information can be found in MS, WSJ, Barrons, and others. I’m not a big trader anymore, about 3000 trades per year, so I don’t need much to get in and out, and I don’t get screwed on the spread either. If you’re a 50 hr trader, then something else might be better than what I use. Why does the app require me to sign in every day? There’s absolutely no reason it can’t remember my login like every other app. Why is a paid service so crammed full of ads? There are so many ads, they even cover the articles so you can’t read all the text no matter how you scroll. Why is the feed so full of junk like “Dave Ramsey tells a couple they’re broke”? There are always multiple “articles” about basic financial advice Dave Ramsey says on his show. Guess what? We don’t care. The worst offenses are how Benzinga reports. They mislead us every day with articles saying “why is this stock up today?” Look at that stock and it will be down. “Analysts say buy this,” then you look and it’s a piece of garbage they’re pumping for who - hedge funds? Why are you misleading your readers with bad news? Even for legit news, Benzinga is always late reporting important news - always. They are Always late - Always. Bloomberg is always a few minutes faster and you can get headlines faster for free on Twitter. Seriously a corrupt piece of garbage. ### 1/5 — Not optimized for iPad *2026-01-19, version 3.5.11* This app is made for an iPhone, not an iPad. It looks terrible. I’m much better off just visiting the website rather than using the app on my 13” iPad. ### 1/5 — Authentication never worked, unbelievable customer service, not fixed problem over one month. *2026-01-17, version 3.5.11* Authentication with google account always ask me to try again next time. Something went wrong alert keep popping up. Email support guys never response to my email, just one sentence: how can I help. And then gone. Still cannot login using this app today. Total waste of time. Long & short, I signed up for their news alerts. I'm into day two using the program. One stock had a ton of news; no alerts from Benzinga. Refused a refund. Now I have to deal with the credit card company to try and get a refund. ### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience with Trial Cancellation and Refund Policy *2025-01-08, version 3.5.7* I signed up for a trial with Benzinga and tried to cancel it on the last day, but they still charged me $197. When I reached out to request a cancellation and refund, they told me there are no cancellations allowed after the trial, even though I canceled before midnight on the final day. Most services are willing to work with customers and issue refunds in these situations, but Benzinga refused. I regret this experience because I didn’t even use the service during the trial, and now I’m stuck with a $197 charge.
