Who green-lit this? *2025-07-07* Each task is a long process of clicking through submenus, folders and buttons.. You can’t do a quick wire transfer, you have the save the recipient (a painful process) then you have to go back to ‘payments’, click through different menus and options, find the recipient manually, then you can ‘start’ the painful process to submit the transfer. You can’t view/search transactions older than 14 days, like what?! Beobank in branch support is very good, and I am very happy with their service levels. As of May 2023, The initial Welcome Screen in the Beobank app is a bit cramped (version 11.7.0). Half the Welcome screen page is useless in the app. The PIN code entry area is not displayed properly so I cannot see the PIN area. The rest of it works.
