### 1/5 — Probably the worst banking app there is. Who green-lit this?

Each task is a long process of clicking through submenus, folders and buttons.. You can’t do a quick wire transfer, you have the save the recipient (a painful process) then you have to go back to ‘payments’, click through different menus and options, find the recipient manually, then you can ‘start’ the painful process to submit the transfer. You can’t view/search transactions older than 14 days, like what?! List goes on

We are in 21st century except Beobank! No FaceID, no day-to day operations, no nothing. I suggest the developers of this app to open an account in any bank and use their online app to see how a modern app should be. Because theirs is useless, like Beobank.

**Developer response:** The new version just published supports login with Face ID or Touch ID. The look & feel has been revisited, and new functions were added. Don't hesitate to give it a try !

Overall: Very good app, but gradually losing functionality for eye candy.  Beobank in branch support is very good, and I am very happy with their service levels.
As of May 2023, The initial Welcome Screen in the Beobank app is a bit cramped (version 11.7.0). Half the Welcome screen page is useless in the app. The PIN code entry area is not displayed properly so I cannot see the PIN area. 
The rest of it works. I am worried that they will make the mistake of going for eye candy over usefulness.
