beorg: To-Do List & Agenda

This release builds on the new outliner, adds a few quality-of-life improvements to beorg and fixes some bugs. + Creating a new file on the Files tab will also open it + The new outliner now accepts pasted OPML and text in the same way as the old outliner + When editing notes, or a file's preamble, in the outliner buttons from the Scheme variable ~outliner-notes-toolbar-items~ will be shown + Long-press the add button at the bottom of the outliner to paste content + Checkboxes in the outliner can now be toggled with a tap, when the notes aren't being edited + A new floating button (bottom left) in the outliner toggles between making the headline and notes text read-only. This makes working with outlines where you want to just toggle checkboxes, modify state, etc easier as it prevents accidentally showing the keyboard + The refile extension can now refile to the top of the file, and to the top (via a long-press) of the selected headline's children + The timer extension is now accessible in the outliner by long-pressing a headline + You can now group search results by date (e.g. ~group:scheduled~ or ~g scheduled~) + Fixes for a few timer related bugs + Fix for quick capture on Files tab if you are in a folder opening the item editor instead of the outliner + Some search fixes
