Mình đang kinh doanh quán cf thương hiệu Trung Nguyên, TN yêu cầu sử dụng app này, chỉ dùng được trên ios, nhân viên hỗ trợ kém hiểu biết, lỗi đơ lag đổ do thiết bị, trong quá trình sử dụng ko thân thiện với người dùng, cực kỳ stupid.

app vẽ vời nhiều tính năng nhưng siêu tệ, data không sync giữa máy tại cửa hàng và máy quản lý trên điện thoại. hỏi support nhưng chỉ nhận lại phản hồi là do thiết bị lag, không đồng bộ được trong khi máy sử dụng tại cửa hàng là ipad air 4 và điện thoại quản lý là iphone 15. thái độ support siêu siêu tệ.
