Лагает, когда мне допустим отправляют несколько сообщений, не прогружается быстро. Нельзя удалять сообщение у обоих(

Сообщения приходят через 3 минуты, дозвониться нереально, в редком случае придёт уведомление о пропущенном звонке. Звук только квакание как на сообщение так и на звонок. Удаляя сообщения, они вновь появляются при очередном входе в приложение.

Хотелось бы что бы при удалении чата , он удалялся у обоих или было предложении «удалить чат обоюдно» Ибо я удалил у себя , а у моего собеседника он остался , после он может мне дальше писать , уведомления приходят , перехожу в чат по уведомлению а там просто белый экран - доработать бы. Второй момент , есть подписка (неудивительно) Соответственно она как то привязывается к трекеру аккаунта ? К айди телефона ? Или как фиксируется то, что на этом аккаунте есть оплата подписки . При всем этом если я оплатил подписку своими реквизитами , и она как то привязывается к аккаунту , соответственно выяснить по оплате владельца аккаунта является возможным , анонимность ?

Первое. При удалении чата пользователем, «чат обоюдно не удаляется». 
Мы понимаем определенные неудобства, но это цена анонимности. Объясняем почему: ваш чат не знает о существовании собеседника в чате. Если объяснить грубо по аналогии, то общение в чате происходит через «доску объявлений». Ваш чат (ваша половинка) приходит и прикалывает сообщение на «доску», а половинка чата вашего собеседника подходит к «доске», находит и забирает сообщение. Несмотря на то, вы общаетесь в одном приватном чате, ваши половинки этого чата между собой не связаны. Нам указывали на отсутствие «обоюдного удаления», и мы над этим уже работаем. В последующих версиях мы решим вопрос «незабранных сообщений».
Второе. Все мессенджеры скачиваются из сторов, требующих регистрации, и речь идет не только об адресе эл. почты, но о целом массиве метаданных. Оплачивается какой-либо сервис или нет, значения не имеет, сторы знают о пользователях достаточно. По этой причине, мы не говорим об анонимных пользователях приложений, мы говорим исключительно об анонимном использовании приложений. Пример: Вы купили автомобиль, и власти знают, что Вы - владелец, но они не знают, что, кого и куда Вы возите. Например, если бы я предложил пароль, мы могли бы с Вами создать совместный чат.  
Я не знаю, кто Вы, а Вы не имеете представления, кто я и в какой стране нахожусь. Тем не менее, мы могли бы общаться. Именно это мы называем анонимностью.

Не понятно как добавлять участников в приватный чат.

Для того, чтобы добавить/ пригласить в Бипрог собеседника, нужно создать с ним отдельный чат. То есть, с каждым новым собеседником создаётся новый чат с новым паролем. 
Таким образом, вместо обмена номерами телефона, собеседники согласовывают свой пароль.
