Thanks dev, God bless. ### 5/5 — New app and already Great! *2020-02-14, version 1.0* When I first opened the app and looked around my original reaction was, wow not a lot of bells & whistles. When I first used it, I got it, there aren’t any bells & whistles, it’s Perfect! There is little to no learn curve and there are no distractions. You won’t be doing a deep dive word study with this app but that is not what it is for. I realized that I have been trained by app developers to want more and more options and settings to customize. You won’t get that here but what you will get is a tool to allow you to follow along with the reading & teaching of God’s Word and a place to jot your thoughts down. Full disclosure, I am not the developer but I know him and I have nothing to gain by speaking very highly of this app. All of these words are my own and are based on the beta version development I saw and my knowledge of the developer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Creating Sermonetts for Email *2025-06-05, version 2.0.0* I just saw a review of this Bible Study apps on YouTube and immediately downloaded and installed. I haven’t used it to take to a church service sermon yet, however I have used in to add scripture as I write commentaries and mini sermons. I wish that it had the ability to attach to a email which I do in HanDBase, with my ministry via email. I want to see if I can copy and paste, which would be wonderful. I’m 89 years old and somewhat homebound and unable to attend church service, however I view sermons practically daily on YouTube. I also attend Wednesday Evening Bible Study via Zoom. With the aid of the apps built in exhaustive concordance, I will be able to find verses quickly And I must tell everyone about this new discovery. At first the ability to add bible verse links directly to the journal was cool but now it is so slow I just write the bible reference manually. Sometimes I have to wait more than a minute to access my notes which makes me worry that one day I won’t be able to access them at all. If you could fix these problems it would be such a blessing. Otherwise I may need to return to a paper journal. ### 4/5 — Love the concept *2025-11-01, version 2.0.0* I use this regularly and love the concept. I have it on both my iPhone and IPad and would like it if they synced so the I could get my notes on both devices. More options of translations would help too. I find it easy to use. Bless you for developing such an App ### 4/5 — This is a great app! *2023-12-31, version 2.0.0* This is a great app for sermon note taking! There are only 2 things that I wish it had. The first is the ability to download Bibles offline in case I am somewhere that doesn’t have internet. The second is the ability to export notes. I see there is a paid for version that allows cloud note storage, but I would prefer to export notes and store backups privately. The only other thing that would just make this is bees knees is the ability to assign a journal entry to a passage of Scripture. This would allow filtering and searching by passage. If these are available in the paid for version, I’ll be buying it immediately, but I couldn’t tell. ### 4/5 — Good App *2020-08-05, version 1.6.0* I would like this app much better if we was able to use an Apple Pencil to write our notes as well as typing them. ### 4/5 — Good app *2020-07-19* The only thing I’d like is the option for bold, italic, bullets, etc. **Developer response:** Hi Matb. We purposely don't do this. Odd, I know. We have designed the app to have a very simple user interface (fast verse lookup, easy referencing, plain text). We're trying to allow you to listen to the sermon rather than fussing with the app (eyes on the pastor not the iPhone). We do hear you though. In fact, we started adding this in the very beginning, but then removed it. Please vote-it-up under "VOTE for new features!", under the "More" tab/button.
