As a millennial that hardly ever uses mail, this app is decidedly worse than snail mail. You still have to manually fill out each field listed on your paper bill just to look up what you owe, because apparently they don’t link your account with your outstanding bills automatically. I got a bill that says the amount and that I can pay by app and website but then ask for account numbers that aren’t on the printed bill.
