The "Home" screen is not fully displayed and I am unable to scroll down to see the entire content. It appears to be cut off in the area of the top of the "Pay Bill" button. I am not able to read the text label for this green colored button or to view anything below this level. Also; the app appears to only work in portrait mode. I would like to be able to use it in landscape orientation as well. Also; I tried to send this communication as a message via the app, but it appears to not have been sent(?). The send message feature either does not work or if it does work, it does not provide the user with any confirmation. I have used the previous/original site the entire time. The original has functioned but it often requires several attempts to accomplish your needed task, generally paying or printing bills. I was glad to see a new version developed. My experience has been bad. I open the app, enter ID, enter password, tap log in, and....Nothing. Do it again, and nothing. I deleted, downloaded again and had the same experience again. I’m thankful the original app still exist, with all its serious flaws, I at least know that I can do battle with it once a month and at least pay my bills.
