The Bernafon EasyControl-A app works with all Bernafon wireless hearing aids with 2.4 GHz technology. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers. The Bernafon EasyControl-A app enables you to control your hearing aids, choose what you want to hear, and adjust the sound. The app offers a “Find my hearing aid” search feature, links to user instructions, and low battery notification. The Bernafon EasyControl-A app is also used to connect users to the Bernafon service on IFTTT. App used to work so I could control settings. Has made aid useless, as it won’t work unless you wear 2 hearing aids. (iPhone) Went back to Costco, had to delete app, then download again. Now working. As far as I know, it is the only way to link these hearing aids to Bluetooth. When this new version was released, the old version would no longer work—it tries to update and if you have an old iPhone (6 or earlier) the update fails and the old reliable version won’t run even though it is still installed on you phone. I have to go into my phone settings through accessibility and hearing devices to make any adjustments.
