I couldn’t find one of my presser feet as well. I think better instructions on how to use the app are necessary. ### 2/5 — App won’t open *2023-05-15* App says checking if secure site. And then have to touch the box to verify one is a human. After that starts over checking is secure site. Never ending cycle. But ever since a recent update I get a verification page that want to make sure I’m a human and won’t accept that I am. It now wants you to verify you are not a robot. No matter how many time I check the box it asks the same verification question and goes no where. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-04-30, version 1.4.2* Never gets past security check on iPhone or iPad even though it does pass the security check on both devices via Safari. ### 1/5 — FIX THE APP BERNINA! *2023-04-30* Ever since Bernina added the security feature “Verify You’re Human,” I’ve been unable to open the app. It’s completely useless. I’m shocked Bernina hasn’t addressed this problem. This used to be the greatest app to use while shopping for accessories, but now all I get is an infinite loop of Verify you’re Human. Please fix this! Bernina is doing a huge disservice to their customers. ### 1/5 — App thinks I’m a bot… *2023-04-30* I loved the original app so much more because I didn’t need to connect to the internet to use it. I worked through adapting to the changes, because it was still useful. However, I cannot get into the app because cloud flare only makes it through the”verification” that I’m a person, not a bot when I access the Bernina website directly. (Doing both on my iPhone). Every time I try to open the app, it cannot get past that verification rendering the app useless to me. And the clincher is that I cannot any longer access my wishlist! I just bought a new machine and would love to add some things to my wishlist. Really bummed about this. ### 1/5 — The Opposite of Improved *2023-04-29* I found the former app very useful because it helped me keep track of the B products that I own and shop at the same time. Now, even with my iPhone 11Pro up to date I get a continuous verification page and can only use the website which does not have all of the products I had loaded on the previous app!! I never even got a notice re such a dramatic change. What gives? ### 1/5 — App does not load looping Verification *2023-04-28, version 1.4.2* Unfortunately this app’s opening page doesn’t load. When you open the app it asks you to “verify you are a human” and once you tick it continues to ask for the same verification over and over again! I’ve tried to load the app for two days including deleting and reloading from the App Store- nothing works ### 1/5 — Fix this APP!!!! *2023-04-28* This used to be a wonderful app- then you guys just had to tack on a “security measure” designed to check the security of my internet connection… welp, it’s completely secure but your additional device won’t allow me to use your app at all. When click on any feature of the app it sends you to some weird website first. No I do not have a virus. This app is the only that does this. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t create an account *2023-02-06* I’ve now spent an hour trying to create an account. It’s “still verifying”. By now we all know how to download apps and create accounts so this shouldn’t be taking so long. You can’t access the app or use it unless you creat an account and login every time. That’s nuts. Why do I need an account anyway? Why store my info on the cloud and not in my phone? This means I’ll have to have internet access in a store in order to use the app. And we all know you can’t get an internet connection in most stores. And I really don’t want have to login every time I want to check my stuff. Another password to remember. No thank you. Ugh. I don’t like this direction. Too much of my life is already in the clouds! Enough. I won’t be using this app. I’ll just take a screen shot of available accessories keep a list in NOTES on my iPhone. Love Bernina. I would like to see the app optimized for viewing on an iPad or other tablet not just an iPhone.
