Bad customer service

I went long ago and got a half of a nail in my food. When I reported it to them, they treated me like I put it there or something. I got so frustrated that I haven’t been back. But they sent me an email that said with promo code-if you download the new app you get $5 off-but I went to place my order and guess what, NOT to my surprise the code didn’t work. Just done at this point. So annoying.

App and loyalty rewards

The app seems to make it intentionally difficult to use loyalty dollars, even when logged in. At checkout, it asks for the entire 16 digit loyalty account number, which cannot be copied from the loyalty page in the app. After entering the 16 digits, the app then asked for a loyalty registration code, don’t even know what that is.

Ordering on the app is easy and it’s well organized. If you can fix the ease of use for loyalty rewards I’ll bump to five stars.
