The 30 day challenge is my favorite it has kept me accountable and building good habits with making sure I’m drinking a gallon of water a day, sleeping 8 hrs, walking 10k steps and sharing progress pictures with the community!!!!

This is my favorite part, I have had a problem with tracking my food and getting onto a good diet this scanner for the food is legit and makes it fun. I started taking photos of everyone’s plate when I was out at dinner last night.
