It takes them AGES to respond on chat. Calling is the way to go, however, I was redirected to the store customer support and no one picks the call. As much as I like the collection here, the customer support is actually deterring me from placing any online order. Please improve your customer service to make the overall experience seamless. Adding an item to cart can ruin the whole checkout and you basically have to find the perfect combination of pieces so they all ship from the same location and they allow you to checkout. The website and app both crash randomly and log you out for no reason. I like the store but the app and web software are frustrating **Developer response:** Hello! I had placed an order over half a month ago, and the delivery date on the app still shows around a week back. When I reached out to customer service all they had to say was “please wait for a few more days” what else can I do??? We'll talk soon! ### 1/5 — Pior loja para se comprar on line, quero meu dinheiro de volta, não dão retorno. *2026-07-08* No dia 21/06 fiz uma compra via Pix no valor de R$ 359,00, mais R$ 14,00 de frete (total de R$ 373,00). A entrega estava prevista para o dia 23/06, mas o pedido não chegou. Como eu precisava da jaqueta com urgência, acabei indo até a loja física e comprando outra. Somente no dia 30/06 tentaram realizar a entrega, quando recusei o recebimento e solicitei o reembolso. Até hoje não recebi meu dinheiro. Para piorar, no e-mail o pedido aparece como ‘em processo de entrega’ e, no assunto, consta como ‘entregue’, o que não aconteceu. Ninguém informa o andamento do reembolso nem dá qualquer previsão para a devolução do meu dinheiro. I have been trying to get a refund for an order for almost 6 months now, and despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I still haven't received my money back. Every time I contact them, I either get the same generic response or no proper resolution at all. The refund process has been unnecessarily delayed, and the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. Customers should not have to wait half a year for a refund that is rightfully theirs. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this app if they expect reliable customer service or timely refunds.
