It is on iOS ### 1/5 — It just don’t go beyond mobile number interface screen *2023-03-04* Pathetic app. I have been using it for over three years for bill payment and it did the job quite well. Now they seem to have released an update (god knows what update) and made sure that the app doesn’t function at all. It asks for mobile number and that’s it. Then all you can see a spinning wheel! Very slow aswell. Always it says u r not register, ur account is not available, add account, switch account, page loading takes more time. Sometimes only blank pages are loaded. Is the application is properly tested and released or simple for money sake developed something and released for the users to test. Account id loads in Phonepe but here it throw account not exist error. There is no proper channel for complaints and the reading charges. Even though you are not there at home for 1 month, your bill comes with same amount as of previous month. If you raise concern, only one response reading is there. The OTP is not recd. also the phone number when typed is not visible ad the screen doesn't slip up to see the phone number. After you have entered the phone number just click somewhere to get the keypad off and then continue. I thought the redesigned app would have some basic UI design ### 1/5 — One of the worst mithra app ever see *2022-09-04, version 1.6* It has an option to submit complaint but never works to successfully take complaints. I tried submitting complaint n no. Of times and it’s always stops after pressing submit button. ### 1/5 — Pathetic app *2022-07-19, version 1.6* The app authentication does not work as required, who on earth is the developer for this app, you guys should be ashamed of your job to create such as useless app for government utilities. BESCOM- you will get better developer than this. The keyboard does not go away, need to press return key to get Submit button. 2. After pressing Submit button the next pop-up say Yes to submit, the complaint does not get submitted or gets registered. Better to stop the survey screen which pop up frequently. It also allows to submit complaints/requests. The buggy part is that scrolling doesn’t work in outages tab. If the list of power outages area is bigger than the screen, I can’t scroll down to see everything. Fixing this would be great. If would also be good if the app could send a notification a day before a planned outage in my area, specially the monthly maintenance ones, and also list the days/time for outages.
