Contacted boiler manufacturer (Vokera) say that Apple are aware of issue but they don’t know how long it will take to resolve. ### 1/5 — Login issues and connect to WiFi issues *2019-07-05, version 2.1.0* Downloaded the app registered, but I can’t login. Have tried re-setting the password that doesn’t work. I registered again under another email address so I was in the app, but it wouldn’t connect to my Wi-fi. New boiler fitted in jan and it hasn’t worked properly for more than a week without a problem of some sort, it’s now may and with every part in the boiler been changed still no hot water and boiler locking out. IF YOU BUY ANY OF THESE TWO PRODUCTS TRUST ME YOUR LIFE WILL BE HELL!!! BUT NOT AS WARM AND YOU WILL SMELL!! If you send a message they don’t reply! The system works when it wants or keeps saying ‘network anomolies’. I understand from my fitter they moved their server supplier and since then the service and connectivity has been nothing short of diabolical. Lucky to get 1 star, service awful, app awful, aftersales awful. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish! ### 1/5 — Network anomalies *2023-12-10, version 2.3.3* Sorry there are no “network anomalies” only poor apps and this is a prime example. Its constantly dropping out and disconnecting from my internet then all of a sudden will reconnecf, cant gain access to my heating to change it when I want to. Signing me out and wont let me access ‘get new password’ option. When finally get into the app the info is often all wrong and trying to set a program is a joke (other day told me my temp was set at 300 degrees!!!) Absolute garbage ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2023-09-19, version 2.3.3* This is our 2nd BeSMART and As has been said previously it’s always not connecting to the WiFi, we thought it was the room thermostat we tried everything, engineer replaced with new whole setup and worked for a month then network went down and now it’s never connected back tried and tried again. Now engineer is saying we should have ditched and switched it for any number of smart thermostats on the market! Do not buy this please it’s going to cost you! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-06-28, version 2.3.3* Rarely works, often says “Wi-Fi box disconnected “which it isn’t, other times it says “network anomalies”. Frustrating. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works perfectly 5/5 *2018-11-17, version 2.1.0* I fit these BeSmarts for my customers, they never have a problem, the detailed information within the installer level is so much help when I’m monitoring my customers boilers remotely. ### 3/5 — App instructions are in Italian *2017-05-16, version 2.0.0* It's straight forward to set up if you do you're good with wifi connections etc but if you're not you may struggle because the instructions are in Italian. ### 2/5 — Latest release buggy *2020-11-11, version 2.3.3* The prior releases worked well enough for me. Not perfect as it was laggy and had the occasional hiccup. Now i am often presented with a new login screen however when i sign in i get an error message “network anomalies”.
