## What is BeSmart Travel?

Built for executives, financial controllers and commercial managers of
organizations running on the BeSmart platform, the app turns your operational
data into live dashboards, detailed reports and instant answers — wherever you are.
WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Role-based dashboards — CEO, financial and commercial views, each showing the
  KPIs that matter to your role and only the sites you are authorized to see.
• Live charts — revenue, sales, bookings, cancellations and provider performance
  in bar, line, area and pie visualizations.
• Detailed reports — daily sales, document recaps, transactions, provider recaps
  and profitability, with filters by site, agent, provider and date range.
• Export and share — download any report as Excel or PDF and share it straight
  from your device.
• AI assistant — ask questions in plain language and get answers, charts and
  reports generated from your own data.
• Smart alerts — push notifications for revenue thresholds, cancellation spikes
  and low wallet balances, plus system announcements.
• Works offline — dashboards and reports are cached so the app stays useful on
  the move.

BUILT FOR BUSINESS

• Corporate single sign-on — your password is verified by your organization's
  identity provider and never stored on your device.
• Role-based access enforced server-side, not in the app.
• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted on device.
• No ads, no data sale, no cross-app tracking.

MULTILINGUAL

Available in English, French and Arabic, with full right-to-left support, plus
light and dark themes.

NOTE: BeSmart requires an active account provided by your organization. Accounts
