Hands down the best app to keep track of the total time, fight cravings with daily reminders and meditational affirmations, share my journey and also a bit game like since it gives me badges when I level up. A must have!

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t smoke or drink. But I will still be using the app to end other -ve habits such as Netflix and Chilling, Social Media scrolling and stuff like that. The daily reminders really are a powerful way to keep on track while I stay consistent with my progress and don’t break streaks!
