Showing up an error, cause according to support something happened to private keys which I can’t export also. Support works on it almost a month with no updates. Just telling - we don’t know how much time may needed. Meanwhile money remains “locked” and I can’t used them. I didn’t see anything like this in other crypto apps. This has been brought to their attention many times, and they still won’t take action to remove them. Which makes me believe they are in on the scam.
