I needed to be able see the entire picture on my tablets screen. I started with 70%, couldn’t see any change. Tried 50% and my picture was still full size. DOESN'T  WORK.

Doesn’t work on new iPhone 7 Plus with loads of extra space and memory. Crashes on save every time.

Just application can only downscale images! There is no way to enlarge your photos.
