I make lists to help me remember and understand what i need from the store, from amazon, from anywhere. I have an errands list, a samsclub list, a list of tasks i need to complete at home or for others, and a list of work tasks. The app now has a larger font size, which is a welcome improvement. I used this app for several years as a shopping list for free. Fantastic for your Grocery List, To Do List, Order Online List, etc. Whatever you want to list! And um, yes you CAN set your grocery list up by the layout of your store (another reviewer said you couldn't). Just put a number in front of your category per layout of your store. For example: my store starts out with Hygiene on one side of the store, next is Cleaning, next is Home Care, next Crackers, etc. So you put the sequential numbers in front of the category.. 1 Hygiene, 2 Cleaning, 3 Home Care, 4 Crackers, etc., working your way to the other side of the store. Of course putting the items you want under each category. So simple and easy! So I upgraded to the paid version hoping that I'll continue to enjoy all the existing features sans the ads. But with the paid version is missing the notifications feature. When I mark items to buy, it shows the number of items on the app and this served as a reminder to buy. Now the paid version doesn't have it and I'm forgetting to go and buy. The categories can be wiped and rewritten, as well as unit measurements, and it seems to have unlimited shopping lists. The tax feature is great too! No luck. I also don't like that there is no icloud integration between my ipad and iphone. Then I notice that to back up and restore requires typing a url address into the browser. My PERFECT Android app, Mighty Grocery, isn't available on iOS. So I've been trying out all sorts of grocery apps for an equivalent. This one meets the bare minimum requirements, but there is lots of room for improvement. I want to be able to remove purchased items from my list, leaving unpurchased items to buy at a later date. Not possible. I'd like to organize my list by the store's aisle layout, possible, but you have to go through creative contortions to achieve it. Easily move an item from one list to another? Nope. Save an item's description for next time? Nope! It doesn't even save a price that is entered so you can track costs over time. Boo! The single plus is that I can add as many lists add I want, and no stupid ads or coupons to deal with. This app meets the basic requirements, but I'll keep searching for the perfect iOS app. ### 3/5 — Crashes *2024-05-18, version 6.0* Every time that I try to change the category on uncategorized items the app crashes.
