### 3/5 — Ads

*2026-06-04, version 2.1.0*

There are ads that take up the whole page

### 2/5 — It’s not great

*2026-03-19*

I tried this app and it helped me type a little but every time i got it wrong it wouldn’t let me try again and it would move on to the next problem. There is a bunch of ads and every time I finish a lesson, I get an ad that fills my screen. It also doesn’t help me practice without looking at the keyboard since it just has another example at the bottom and at the end it doesn’t let me see what I did wrong. It also doesn’t have a rewards system, which I think would help add enthusiasm. If it let me review and redo my problems and had less ads, I think I would like it better.

### 4/5 — \(*>~<*)/

*2026-02-17, version 2.1.0*

It’s nice, kinda like edclub.

### 4/5 — David

*2025-03-04, version 2.0.5*

I would gladly pay for a paid version of this app to keep the advertisement away, so I can train with no interruptions. Please create a paid version and I’ll be the first to pay.

### 4/5 — Typing

*2024-09-26, version 2.0.5*

Thanks before I kept pecking at the keys before

### 4/5 — It is a good learning app

*2023-12-04, version 2.0.5*

The clacking sounds are distracting and disturbing.Every time I take a break, it is loud. But it is still a very good app and I suggest you try it because there are colors for your fingers(it is color coded)and it’s good for learning

### 1/5 — It can’t keep up after 30 WPM

*2023-04-11, version 2.0.4*

You have to wait for the program to catch up with your typing just to find out if you’ve made any errors. If you want to just keep typing, you can’t, everything will be an error. So you have to wait easily 10 seconds just for the program to catch up, find the error, then you can type again essentially making the WPM inaccurate. How can a typing app designed to teach typing not keep up with a measly 30 WPM……

### 1/5 — Glitching on iPad

*2023-01-21*

Highlights the first letters or two then glitches and won’t move. Come on guys you make an app then abandon it?

### 3/5 — Good but

*2022-12-28, version 2.0.4*

### 1/5 — Why Prompt Our Child to Type Racist Words?

*2024-06-20, version 2.0.5*

Time to retire “oldsquaw”.

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2023-07-25, version 2.0.4*

I paid $2.99 for NO ads, but the ads remain! I want my money back. It’s too bad, too because this basic app is perfect for our needs.

### 1/5 — Terrible app!

*2023-05-29, version 2.0.4*

Terrible app! I was checking out this app for a relative. If it’s designed for the ipad, it should skip the punctuations and focus on teaching finger placement and on the DVORAK minus the punctuation symbols except for what is accessible on the main ipad keyboard.

### 1/5 — Not useful at all

*2023-05-23*

I don’t get it. I couldn’t even do like one lesson because I had to get through that stupid,”A, space and : ;” And 80 points?! I’m sorry, but are you out of your RIGHT MIND?! It took me at least 5 minutes to complete that. Even after, my thumbs started to hurt! I didn’t feel like typing anymore. Then a little while later, I decided to ACTUALLY try it. But even then, I failed every one because it’s so glitchy. I think any other typing game would be better. (No offense) Honestly, if your asking me, I think you’ll need to fix your game a little. I’m not asking for a lot. All I’m asking for is to get rid of that boring warm up. And also to take away any bug fixes. Anyway, I’ve seen other of your reviews. They look pretty good. And I mean, I could be wrong. Maybe it’s just my phone that’s glitchy. But I seriously think you need to take away that warm up thing….oh yeah! And also, you know how I said you need 80 points? Maybe take a little bit away too. Sorry if I’m asking for to much. I just think that’s how the game should be. Anyway, fix your game a little bit, and maybe some more people will like it. I’m sure there’s at least 5 people who don’t like this game or anything about it. I’m not saying I’M one of those people, I’m just saying please get some things fixed, and maybe a lot more people will like it! But at the same time, maybe less people will UNLIKE it. What I mean by this is like if you take away the 80 points, and do 50, then maybe it won’t be so challenging for people. And that’s a good and bad thing. Say people like challenging stuff, and they like it at 80!…they’ll probably be upset that you made it easier. And on the other hand, people like ME will like it a little more easier. (I’m 9 btw) so yeah…I don’t know…..actually..maybe just keep it the way it was…I mean, it’s YOUR game. Do what you want with it. Don’t let people tell you what to do with it. Bye!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great and free

*2026-06-21, version 2.1.0*

Free with non intrusive ads. Only $2.99 for an ad free experience. Basic and helpful.

### 5/5 — Actually Useful App

*2026-05-31*

Everyone has been bugging me to improve my typing skills, and this app was perfect for it! This app treats typing as a useful skill, but does that in a fun way, different from how other typing platforms don’t really focus on the typing. I love how there are “new key” lessons, practice lessons, and tests where you can adjust the difficulty and the time. I also love how there are different levels. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to efficiently learn typing.

### 5/5 — Typing Lessons Education

*2026-02-27, version 2.1.0*

I’ve completed 👍🏾 all lessons.

### 5/5 — Best app ever

*2026-02-21, version 2.1.0*

I’ve always been a horrible typer, but with the help of Paul (developer) and his typing lessons.. I’m finally starting to get a bit better! This app is completely free and very detailed. Thanks so much for helping, i never paid any attention in typing class as a kid.

### 5/5 — Really helps!

*2025-11-18, version 2.1.0*

I definitely like this app a lot. It’s the best one I found so far.

### 5/5 — The best of the bunch

*2025-01-19*

After many years of not knowing how to type properly I decided to learn to touch type and having tried a lot of the programmes on offer this is by far the best. It has a systematic approach and focuses on the weaker fingers to build them up and your muscle memory.

### 5/5 — WOW! It’s working

*2024-04-27*

I didn’t learn to type until I was 48 and my profession went digital. Overnight, I was expected to type. I managed eventually, but I still have to look at the keyboard, and the younger doctors point and snicker when they watch me. I’m one of the people that you were speaking of when you said it’s hard to correct bad habits. I have to watch the keyboard; I type with two fingers on my right hand, and three fingers on my left, with my hands out to the sides so I can see. I’m still just doing the middle row of your course, but what an improvement. I’m looking at the paper with all my fingers in their proper place now (well, not RIGHT now, but soon). Boy is my ring finger weak! No wonder I’m always so late finishing my records. Thank you! I can feel more sleep coming my way; no more midnight typing sessions.

### 5/5 — I needed a real app and not a game

*2024-03-03*

I just want to say thank you!! I have struggled for years with typing because I didn’t take that elective in high school…. I really wish I would have because I’ve had my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration but can’t type…. and it’s caused me to not get many job opportunities. It was literally this morning that I came across this app and it’s like being in a classroom!! (In a fun class🙂🫶🏻) I have only just started but I can see that I have FINALLY found the solution to my lack of typing skills. I am so excited to see how much more confidence I’ll have once I’ve learned how to type. I will actually be able to have a “career” instead of just a job!! Thank you again!!

### 5/5 — Learned to type at 48 yo.

*2023-09-24*

I would recommend this typing app to anyone. This app is free and does not have pop-ups. I had been wanting to learn to touch type for most of my life. I was never able to, in school, because that hour was never free. I have tried various other typing apps, but was always very disappointed with them. They always had numerous pop-ups and after the initial lesson, you would have to pay. At 48 years old I finally learned to touch type. I am really excited to be able to type without looking at the keyboard now.

### 5/5 — The best typing in the USA!!!!!!!!!!

*2023-02-18, version 2.0.4*

I could not type before I had this..!!!
