First, consider allowing buyers to cancel an auction-winning order when they are unable to complete the purchase for legitimate reasons, without automatically applying penalties or negative account points. The item could then be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted according to the platform’s policies. Second, introducing a shipment consolidation feature would be highly beneficial. Users could choose to hold items won from multiple auctions for a limited period and combine them into a single shipment, helping reduce shipping costs while still preserving the option for immediate dispatch when preferred. Thank you to the development team for their continuous efforts.
