### 3/5 — Can’t log period

*2026-05-26*

Every time I click on log., The app goes white and blank and I can’t log anything. Just downloaded the app just started my first back of cycle Bestie yesterday and I’m already having problems with the app. This is always my luck with these types of things.

### 5/5 — Aplikacja pomaga w biohackingu

*2026-04-15, version 1.1.0*

### 5/5 — New update is amazing

*2026-04-12*

I liked a app before but was always a bit disappointed that it wouldn’t actually track my cycle BUT with the new update it does and it’s so nice!!! Love the new look and the ask Aggie feature!! Keep up the good work :)

### 5/5 — Has been great support to me

*2026-04-09*

I’ve tried a few similar apps, but Besie is one of the few that actually stuck. It’s simple, but surprisingly deep. It helps you reflect without feeling overwhelmed, and it’s something I genuinely come back to daily. You can tell Aggie built this with real intention. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Works and is easy

*2026-04-08, version 1.0.27*

This app is so easy to use. I love the recipes and the workouts. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-04-08, version 1.0.27*

Love Aggie and what she represents. This app and her podcasts are great to be a part of!

### 5/5 — Great fun health hacks

*2026-04-07*

The App is fun and makes it easy for me to stay on track and improve my health goals. At first it’s not super intuitive but you get the hang of it quickly. Can definitely recommend it.

### 5/5 — Life Changing

*2026-04-07*

My advice to other women is, invest in yourself! Invest in your health and wellbeing and the bestie app is the perfect way to do that. It takes out the guesswork and guides you by the hand through how to work with your body not against it. I love it!

### 5/5 — Bestie App

*2026-04-06*

I didn’t join the app for cycling (way over that lol), but I did join because it’s so comprehensive. There’s something for everyone and also great supplements. I love the “bloating” one as it really does help! Thank you Aggie!

### 3/5 — Verwirrend und teuer

*2026-03-31*

### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2026-03-20, version 1.0.27*

Educational and really nice content. I love Aggie but the app need really good technical support.
My case:I bought access to the app for a year and I lost my access. Since the beginning of March I am waiting for resolution without success.
I don’t want this anymore.
The support team communication seems nice but don’t do enough, they don’t even escalated my case which is so frustrating however I am a loyal client.
Don’t give your money!

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-03-09*

I love this app! Helpful, well organised and calming. Inspirational, go bestie ✨
A lot of input, I appreciate and recommend it. ✨⭐️🌕

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Product not as marketed

*2026-08-19*

Marketing material suggests that the premium version of the app includes all of Aggie's courses.

It does not. In fact it doesn't include any courses at all.

Asked for a refund on this basis and denied so far.

Do not recommend purchasing a premium subscription on this basis if you're expecting any access to course material.

### 1/5 — Marketed as health support, recommends the opposite

*2026-08-19, version 1.4.29*

I purchased the annual Premium plan and withdrew it within the 14-day period. This is an account of one day of use.

The AI recommended 1300–1500 kcal daily alongside 4–5 strength sessions and 1–2 HIIT sessions per week. I told it my BMR is around 1400 and asked directly whether that was damaging. It repeated my number back, called the range a moderate reduction, and didn’t change it. Elsewhere it explained that undereating slows metabolism and causes muscle loss, fatigue and hormonal problems — while continuing to recommend the same intake. Asked precisely, twice, it held the number.

This app is marketed to women who are already training and eating well and are explicitly told they don't need to starve. What it produced for me was the opposite of that premise.

The technical state is also poor for a product more than a year old. Training videos take over a minute to load even for 3 min long videos. There is no way to view a session on anything larger than a phone screen, which is difficult when you're trying to follow movements while performing them. There's no vegetarian filter, so meals arrive unusable each morning and you swap repeatedly hoping for something you can eat; the resulting shopping list for the day sends you out for small quantities of single ingredients. It does not save time.

I wrote to support twice with specifics. Both replies thanked me and addressed nothing.

Apple refunded me in full under the right of withdrawal for less than 24 hours. Aggie’s free content in social media is good, not the one in the app.

### 1/5 — SCAM AVOID!!!

*2026-08-03*

I have cancelled my subscription three months before renewal because there was nothing on that app worth paying for. However I have been billed for another year, two months after my subscription ended and even though I don’t have active subscription. After few emails back and forth, I only managed to receive partial refund. How did they got on hold of my banking details, it is a huge mistery to me.

### 1/5 — Technical issues, limited content, poor support

*2026-06-24, version 1.3.5*

I really wanted to love this app, but unfortunately it has been a disappointing experience.

I originally subscribed mainly for the recipes and educational content. The recipe library felt very limited, and finding content was frustrating due to poor search, sorting, and filtering functionality. The overall user experience feels clunky and unintuitive, which made me stop using the app shortly after subscribing.

I probably opened the app only a handful of times during my membership, not because I wasn't interested in the content, but because the platform itself made it difficult to engage with.

Recently, after seeing discussions from other members, I decided to give it another try and couldn't even log in due to a Google sign-in error. More than a week later, the issue still has not been resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of proper customer support and communication around technical problems.

What also concerns me is that, based on conversations within the community, I am clearly not the only one experiencing issues. Multiple members have reported similar problems, including login and setup issues, technical glitches, difficulties using app features, and frustration with support. Seeing the same complaints come up repeatedly suggests these are not isolated incidents.

For a paid subscription, I expected a much larger content library, a more polished user experience, reliable functionality, and responsive support. There is valuable information behind the brand, but the app currently falls far short of the standard I would expect for a premium product.

I won't be renewing my subscription.

### 1/5 — Watch out for Basic plan

*2026-05-26, version 1.2.1*

Watch out! You need to buy a Premium version to access workouts and nutrition. There’s almost nothing in my Basic plan at the moment - only a cycle tracker - the rest became locked (available for Premium membership) . For the first few months of a one year subscription there were a couple of recipes, but they changed the „rules” in the meantime and everything is locked Honestly I am disappointed. You can track your cycle in Apple Health

### 1/5 — Too many bug

*2026-05-10*

Honestly I was happy to try this app but there are too many bug and the user experience is pretty bad

### 1/5 — very bad

*2026-05-10*

this app so hard to use, not well made, i do not recommend….
didn’t match really your cycle and workouts…

### 1/5 — I can’t load the videos

*2025-10-06, version 1.0.21*

The videos are not loading and I don’t know what to do…

### 1/5 — Price can’t be found anywhere!

*2025-09-09*

I’ve downloaded the app, went through all the steps to provide the information needed and got to the point where you can ‘start your FREE week now’ but there was no indication of the payment plans afterwards!! I don’t even know what I am signing up for!? No, thank you!

### 1/5 — Claims aren't true

*2025-08-22*

I downloaded this app but the claims it makes are not true. It says it has helped 2M women but only has 14 reviews. It claims it is the first ever but I have at least 3 such apps that do the same and the first one is called Flo and has 200k+ good reviews on the AppStore. The founders makes really self-contradictory health claims on her Instagram and has no clue about nutrition and fitness. The recipes are super basic and can be found everywhere on the internet and so are the workouts. This is really beginner level and won't help you build muscle. It obviously hasn't also helped the founder build muscle so why sell it as such. This app is a lot of stolen ideas.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I understand where you’re coming from, and I want to clear up a few things. The “2M women helped” is based on the reach of my programs, challenges, courses, and community across platforms over the years — not just App Store reviews.
When I say “first ever,” I mean it’s the first app that combines cycle syncing, nutrition, workouts, and biohacking specifically tailored for women, not just a period tracker like Flo. At the time of writing this, there is no other app that combines workouts, recipes, mediatatations and mindset video synced to your cycle.
My health claims on Instagram come directly from research and my own experience coaching women - I believe in 80/20 so yes I will eat something 'unhealthy' because I believe in balance.
The workouts and recipes are intentionally designed to be simple and accessible. Most women don’t need complex bodybuilding routines — they need realistic tools they’ll actually use.
Muscle building is about consistency and lifestyle, and my app is meant to be a starting point for women who often feel overwhelmed by the male-centric fitness industry. It obviously hasn't also helped the founder build muscle so why sell it as such' - these are exact workouts I used in my journey including both of my personal trainers.

### 5/5 — The Only Fitness App I Actually Love

*2026-08-10, version 1.4.11*

I’ve tried every fitness and nutrition plan out there, and let’s be real—most of them just left me obsessed with counting calories, fearing food, and feeling like I was constantly failing. The advice was always the same: eat less, work out more, and somehow expect to feel amazing. Spoiler: I didn’t.

Then I found Bestie, and honestly? I’m just here for the recipes. The way this app guides you through food—explaining which ingredients are inflammatory, why certain foods make you feel bloated or sluggish, and how to swap them for things that are actually nourishing—has been life-changing.

These aren’t just “healthy” meals. They’re delicious, creative, and satisfying while still being totally biohacker-approved. No boring salads, no guilt, no counting macros like a second job. Just real food that tastes good and makes you feel even better.

If you’ve ever felt like fitness advice made you more stressed about food instead of empowered, this app will change everything.

### 5/5 — Fantastique !

### 5/5 — Best investment in my health!

*2026-05-09*

I just love this app! It has so much great content across various topic impacting health and overall wellness! I got the premium version and am so glad I did. I’m in it daily absorbing the wealth of knowledge shared by Aggie. She has a great way of relaying information that just makes it easy to understand! Plus the cycle feature is a game changer! This app is a one stop shop for easy recipes that have info about why the specific food items were included, workouts , videos on hormones, hunger, mindset and so much more! I feel empowered to heal my body.
