The company is great in so many ways just this is so poor. A J perfect!! ### 1/5 — Very poor app *2026-05-07, version 2.8.0* Really poor experience. Would accept another platform with higher fees to avoid having to use this app. Login is painful and I regularly have to reset the password as it won’t retain biometric access ### 1/5 — Login fault *2025-12-17, version 2.7.0* The app provides decent enough functionality, but its biggest fail is the login which frequently stops working and refuses to allow apple to autofill the fields or allow FaceID - which I have set up hundreds of times. But fine I can work around this, but this makes dealing impossible on my phone as when selecting new investments it takes me to a website and then can’t return to the app as it logs me out. Has this app not been tested??? Or does the company simply not care that their app is inherently flawed??? ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2025-09-23, version 2.6.9* I will be moving ISA elsewhere if you don’t. Just in case you care. Always “forgets” login, have to reset the pass and guess what, I can’t paste into “confirm password” from my password manager. Terrible app. ### 2/5 — Basic *2025-07-30, version 2.6.8* Evelyn needs to put more of their assets into a better offering. Compared to some it’s very basic and light on information and function. Face recognition is problematic. After setting it up (which it confirms when done) once you log out and want to go back in later, face recognition doesn’t work and the standard log has to be gone through again. Happens every time. The whole offering just seems like it came out years ago. ### 2/5 — App needs improvement *2025-07-24, version 2.6.8* The app UI ins’t too bad and is really pretty functional. Main issues are constantly having to enter in details because Face ID is never remembered. You can’t actually invest on the app the button just takes you to safari and it isn’t supported on mobile you need to do this on a computer. These are the two key issues I’ve found ### 1/5 — Clearly has a number of faults *2025-07-06, version 2.6.7* I have been trying to open various accounts for weeks but the app just takes me on a cycle between logging in and to the account opening page. I will be picking another investment company as this gives me no faith it will be easy to manage my money. ### 1/5 — AWFUL APP *2025-06-11, version 2.6.7* 9+ months using - Would advise using another platform. I am constantly asked to reset login details on a monthly basis. To make any investments I’m redirected to a webpage where you need to login again. I often get stuck in a loop of login requests at this stage. Would advise using any other investment app but this one - avoids the frustration ### 3/5 — Slowly Getting worse *2025-05-31, version 2.6.7* The app matches the deteriorating service. Very annoying that it looses Face ID regularly and you need to keep setting it up again and again. Making company / director contributions to sipp is a poorly thought out inefficient form with uneccessary duplicate information requests. Looking at alternatives ### 1/5 — A truly awful app *2025-05-01, version 2.6.7* I have been with Best for 25years + and the service has deteriorated steadily over that time such that I am slowly moving funds out to other providers. Once upon a time their records were presented in a sensible way but now we have this app which can show basic data but when it comes to Transactions section it is a mess. Unexplained entries showing the briefest of description mean that often when multiple foreign dividends arrive I cannot reconcile the cash balance with these entries. So sad that I find the need to use others services. 1/5/25 Does not get any better. Have tried numerous times to set up fingerprint security but despite positive confirmation each time.
