When I clicked log in trying to create an account it allowed me to follow every single step, confirming my email, phone number etc. tried to log in, it said “email not found”, uninstalled it after 15 minutes. ### 1/5 — Kauf auf Rechnung *2025-04-06, version 7.86.0* Keine Möglichkeit mehr auf Rechnung zu kaufen. Not only that but you also have to go through the customer service which is horrible to deal with. I liked the offering before, but will not use it moving forward. Therefore, cannot recommend it ### 1/5 — Негатив *2023-06-12, version 6.166.0* Купил два товара оба дермо ### 1/5 — The worst customer service ever *2023-06-07, version 6.166.0* I’ve been using best secret for more than a year and I’m rated a VIP customer due to the amount of money I spent on orders, however I never had to deal with such horrible customer service in my life anywhere, they are so disrespectful, unhelpful and they just easily ignore you when you’re not happy with any issue (like a shipping delay) for example.. they will just not reply on your email and this is something else that Uk the only way to approach them is by email and there’s not a higher lever you can speak to if you’re not happy with the customer service agents. Lately there is a huge huge delay in shipping which it takes more than 30 days!! I’ve currently got 2 orders which already passed 35 days and I contacted the customer service and they just said i have to wait for 2 weeks till they can provide me with any update!!!! ### 1/5 — Poor quality support *2023-02-17, version 6.158.0* Bad, slow and unproductive customer service plus lies about giving bonuses ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2021-10-28, version 6.91.0* The worst experience ever, I will never recommend them to my family and friends. I ordered 3 times the same football kit and received it 3 times in a wrong size. 1st I placed an order on the 4th of October in a size 146/152cm and it came on the 11th of October in a size 110/116cm, way smaller then my son. I sent a complaint, I returned the item on the 12th of October for a full refund (today is 28th and I haven’t received any cent), however they compansated me with a 10€ voucher as an apology gift, which was nice. 2nd I reordered the same item at my cost in a slighly bigger size as the size I wanted wasn’t available anymore, I paid the same amount and placed the order in a size 152/158cm on the 13th of October, received the item on the 19th of October in a size 116/122cm, completley shocked I complained again, I returned the order on the 20th of October, I contacted Best Secret in relation with this issue once again, they replied to me and compansated my account with other 10€ for the inconvenience created, I used both vouchers plus the difference and reordered the 3rd item at my cost once again (did not received the funds ever since, however I returned for a full refund). Before placing the 2nd order, I emailed them in confirming that I will receive the vouchers back if the item is sent in a wrong size once again, they promised that will be returned, however this is a lie, because I was now told that I will get the vouchers back only if I return the item and reordered it once again, which I am not going to pay once again as the upholding already my money for the first two orderes. Such a lack of proffesionalism, a total waste of time, their stock is a mess, the employees are not even checking what they are sending, the customer service ignores your emails, worst experience ever. I paid €30 for a baby toy and later discovered the same item costs €22 on the official website—an €8 difference is significant for a “discount” platform. I couldn’t return it in time due to time pressure, which makes it even more frustrating. I won’t buy from this app again.
