It completely locks me out of my existing account. The only way I can use the app is to completely delete it and redownload it every single time I want to use it. Please fix this bug. Getting my account verified was quick. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about a couple of the emails. The Bet and Get offer was a nice touch. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Sketchy business practices dont trust them *2026-05-08* Im a regular sports bettor, well familiar with rules behind promotions offered I read the fine print of every promo I play. This book has a feature I thought was nice, it allows you to track the play though of your bonus cash so you know when youve played enough to withdraw it….I thought. After playing through what this app lead me to believe was enough funds to start withdrawing I was emailed by their support team advising me they would only release my deposited cash(days into the withdrawal process). The app allowed me to submit a withdrawal for the funds won on the bonus, the money was listed as cash(not bonus funds) in my account. This is at best slimy business practice and at worst an outright theft. Forwarding to AZ dpt of gaming stay away from these guys **Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. So look elsewhere if you want to join a new book and place a same day or next day bet. Also they took all my personal information and told me I was good to go. Then, a day later they said I could not access the app until I gave them more of my personal information. I sent the information to them and then they said that I was unable to be verified and would not be able to use the application. I have signed up with multiple books and not once did I have any issues verifying my identity. This casino is terrible, their service is terrible, and they hold your money and request a flurry of documents should you even ATTEMPT to withdraw. My bets were limited within days of opening my account, and when I got fed up and tried to bail, they held my funds hostage. The UI is also slow and clunky, when it works at all.
