To say this is due to responsible gambling is complete folly especially when other players maxing in 3 rooms at the same have no such restrictions. This was a great site but the rule change is unfathomable, unfair and unequitable. I now play elsewhere with less depositing and less staking - enjoy you new Brazilian players until they leave.
