The game would lag with full 5G bars even on WiFi I reached out to customer support I was met by a guy name John T asking me personal questions about my betting pattern as if I was addicted not once asked about what the game was doing or if I had taken pictures never experienced that I felt like he was blaming me for my experience. I play this game on other platforms it has never been 200 plus spins on$5 with no return or every bonus it boots u off and you have to resume play. During multiple gaming sessions, several games froze, displayed error messages, and interrupted my gameplay. I took screenshots and documented everything. I submitted all of my evidence to customer support, but I kept receiving the same generic response claiming that no gameplay issues were found. I do not feel that my concerns were properly addressed or investigated. This matter is not over. I have preserved my evidence and have already begun pursuing legal options. I hope they take these issues seriously and conduct a proper investigation instead of dismissing customer complaints with the same repeated response. When I contacted customer service they stated they can do that for no reason and would not attempt to resolve in any way. In the explanation it stated that they may refer me to the customer they collected data for. When I asked if they were a third party verifier they stated they were not. So who is the customer they would be referring me to? They very attentive to your needs and informative to things known. On the flipside of things my experience with the App I opted into a few sweepstakes and I was opted into a promotion that aggravated me. It was a deposit match. Be careful when you are opted into those. Also couldn’t find a customer service button to figure out how to get out of what I was opt in, so I felt obligated to play which my promotion was not refunded after me being opted into something and playing through my deposit and the bonus that was not actually withdrawal until you met a $700 wager which was very ridiculous. Other than that it was fun to gamble. Be careful of those promotions.
