I am updating my review after speaking to a live agent over the phone. Originally I made a bet (yesterday/last night) and it took about 50-55 minutes after the game ended to get paid out. I was under paid on what was promised. I originally communicated with an agent on the app but they didn’t understand or try to help. I spoke with a live agent over the phone today and she credited the difference to my account.
