## What is Betcha Jalapeño?

Betcha Jalapeño settles it when somebody in the group chat says something they can't back up.

Make the bet. Set the stakes in jalapeños. Whoever's right takes the pot. No cash ever changes hands — the only thing riding on it is your record.

SEND A BET WITHOUT LEAVING MESSAGES
The iMessage extension keeps the whole thing in the thread. Pick your terms, drop the bet into the conversation, and let someone take it. The bubble shows up even for friends who haven't installed Betcha yet.

HOW A BET PLAYS OUT
Someone swears they'll be on time for once. You call it. They accept or counter, and both stacks go into escrow until one of you wins. Both claim victory? A dispute round sorts it out. Nobody answers at all? The bet times out after 24 hours and the pot goes to whoever actually showed up.

THE JALAPEÑOS ARE FREE
You start with a stack and collect a fresh deposit every day you open the app. String enough days together and your streak multiplier climbs, up to five times the daily haul. Nothing to buy. Nothing to cash out.

YOUR RECORD FOLLOWS YOU
Every bet you've made stays on the books: win rate, total burns, and a head-to-head tally against each friend. Hot streaks show. So do cold ones.

WHAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY BET ON
Who's late. Who's lying. Who ghosts the group chat. Who can out-salsa who at trivia. Anything two people disagree about where one of them is wrong.

Betcha Jalapeño has no real-money wagering, no prizes, and no in-app purchases. Jalapeños are a virtual score with no cash value.
