They say free trial and then charge you to cancel it. And even after emailing multiple times, you will still have to dispute the transaction with your bank and block their merchant account from billing you. I originally signed up for a free trial, but I could not find any clear way to cancel the subscription, despite trying multiple emails. Even after disputing charges with my credit card company, but the company keeps re-charging me. This has been one of the most frustrating app experiences I’ve ever had. Apple will be shutting this down ### 1/5 — Horrible app that does not work *2025-07-08, version 1.9.73* This extension does not work at all and the UI is extremely unprofessional. After installing the extension, I was transported to a webpage that looked like it was made by a little kid. The colours and formatting were poorly selected and designed; the options were also extremely limited. Upon opening YouTube for the first time after installing the extension, YouTube wouldn’t load. Additionally, the extension said that my trial was over and I needed to subscribe to continue using it. Not only did I just download the extension, but the UI looked absolutely horrible. The images weren’t loading, on the extensions page I had several errors about file paths being invalid, and the screen didn’t even fit.
