Not good for live bets. ### 2/5 — Slow *2025-11-22, version 25.10.1* Yeah you can place bets but don’t count on the app giving you the results for a while, therefore if you have a parlay on fights it prevents you from pulling out early by not having the results shown live every time. Sometimes it’s 45 mins to an hour before it updates with results. It’s never not buggy. It’s annoyingly buggy, and the app doesn’t allow for certain bets to be combined like it used to allow (I.e. various league championships parlays). The sports they offer don’t make sense at all - no NHL, but feel free to go to town on Handball! This app was either created in a silo with no customer feedback or Betly just doesn’t listen to customers feedback. Their daily boosts have all been player 3 point props lately which is odd. Everything from having to type login and password every-time I open the app (no face ID, no auto fill, and will not “remember”). App is very slow and fails to load all the way. If you like live betting go somewhere else, almost impossible with there refresh rates. ### 1/5 — Scam Company *2025-04-19, version 25.1.2* I placed a bet on heat winning the game this evening, my parlay “hit” but company refused to pay out stating that since the match was won in overtime, it disqualifies my bet and I lose. Weird how the “Match Result” bet section doesn’t specify this and you have to find it in a house rulebook that isn’t even linked on the betting page…. Didn’t realize betting on a team to win in the “Match Result” section only counts if the game doesnt go into overtime, weird… I guess the heat should get 2 wins instead of 1 then right? No, because its the same exact match. ### 1/5 — New Update is trash *2025-03-23, version 25.1.2* What in the world were the developers thinking when they made the new UI update and taking away a lot of the features and betting options. Logging in every time even though I mark the ‘remember me on this device’ box is not ideal I like the checkboxes on “my bets” when putting together parlays so that I can toggle different bets together to see the odds, now I have to remove a bet completely and go back to the game or match to add it again. Also, the live update on your odds when adding to your card at the bottom has disappeared, making it difficult to know your odds as you’re building. New UI is ugly and doesn’t use space efficiently. How exactly did you make an app worse? ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible *2025-03-14, version 25.1.2* The “revamped” app is like a watered-down ripoff of the Oaklawn app… with even fewer betting options. The Same Game Parlays & prop options have been absolutely wiped out. If you don’t like having too many options *and* you want worse odds than you’ll find at other sportsbooks, then Betly just might be the app for you!
