They were rude and unhelpful couldn’t give me any clear reason why I wasn’t eligible for the promotion uninstalled the app and I would never use them again please do not, waste your time or money like me at least I learned to read reviews first before downloading apps ### 1/5 — I do not recommend this book, active TN user . Just a terrible company and Sportsbook. Withdrawing cash took weeks and customer service is non existent ### 1/5 — Horrible Book, Awful Customer Service *2024-08-22, version 0.149.01* I have bet with over 30 different books and they are by far the worst. First, they shave the lines without you knowing. So it’s is -110, they are actually like -111 but you wouldn’t know it unless you put the numbers in an odds calculator. Also, my account was hacked and someone deposited $200 from my bank onto the app. Granted, it isn’t necessarily their fault, but I changed my password and withdrew the $200 to put back into my bank account. I left a note saying that there was unauthorized access on my account, and asked if there was a way I could add extra security to my account to keep from happening. I authorized the withdraw to go back into my back account and told them that part was my doing. They then put my withdrawal on pending review (no big issues on that part) but when I reached out over the next two weeks, they would never respond. I would live chat and they kept telling me my issue was escalated. Called the number, and nobody answered. Not even a simple response of “we are still reviewing” when I emailed. I finally threatened and said I had no other choice but to contact the Tennessee Gaming Commission. They finally emailed and said they couldn’t find any evidence of unauthorized access to my account and for the safety and security, have banned me from the app. Honestly don’t care they banned me, cause I never plan to use them anyways. Just a total disregard for the security of peoples money and information. I’m still waiting on my money to get back, but never use this book. I hope they go out of business soon! Go use, DraftKings, FanDuel, fanatics, ESPN or anything else other than this piece of crap ### 1/5 — They won’t let me withdraw winnings. When I email them, it bounces back and they have blocked me. There are 1,000 other sportsbooks to use that are decent. This is number 1,000 of the list. Horrible!!! I have used several betting sites and never had an issue and I always make sure to follow the rules to get the free bet. Well I placed a $250 bet, lost, and never received the free bet. All requirements met. I have emailed them three times in a week and never even got a response. Long story short. There are plenty of other better gambling sites. First, the juice isn’t close to being competitive. -115 odds on both sides of the spread compared to -110 at most of the other Apps in the state (FanDuel, DraftKings, ESPNBet, etc) and the ML odds are worse than those listed as well. Anyway, I’ve had an account for over a year and they had a deposit match promo for NYE that I took advantage of. When I finally was ready to Withdraw, it was rejected. I submitted again and it’s was pending for 2 days and then they needed account “authentication” which consists of: 1) Driver's license or state-issued photo ID. 2) Social Security Card (SSC) or your most recent 1040. 3) Recent utility bill or bank/credit card statement (no older than 90 days). Every other book in the state just needs the last 4 of your social security # and it automatically authenticates you. I’m going on day 2 of waiting authentication & day 5 of a pending withdrawal. I’m honestly baffled at how this company is still in business after reading thru the reviews of it’s Apps in TN, WV & AR… ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-12-01* Don’t even download. Common to see -115 lines on both sides. Never have competitive lines. Have season win total in college that hasn’t paid out. It’s pretty simple to figure out and I always got my money when I withdrew funds. Kristin is the best to deal with. She’s the only reason I’ve stuck around this long. However, lately it’s just one thing after another. Again, they have a rep named Kristen that I absolutely love and she would try to take care of me when I had issues but today, the app froze up again. It wouldn’t let me deposit and also wouldn’t even let me in the app at one point. They basically told me there was nothing they could do. I missed the games I wanted to bet on today as a result. I’m waiting until the cubs game to see if there is any change they make or if they can fix it but if not, I’m going to hard rock or fanatics and I’m pretty sad about it honestly. Avoid like the plague *2025-03-01* They do not honor their promotion and hide behind ludicrous reasons not too- the most insane being they grade bets in a different time zone to what their own bet slip and my on location states. I’ve reported them to the Tennessee Sports Wagering Commission and I encourage anyone else wronged by this scam of a sportsbook to do the same. There is now nearly a dozen options in TN, use Fanduel, DraftKings, MGM, Caesar’s, Hard Rock, Fanatics…anyone but these guys!
