I raised this multiple times with chat support over 4 days and they consistently say you will get an email with an update etc well days have passed and no email updates so not only do they take your money but won’t let you withdraw what you won out!! App upgrades are nothing to do with bets under UKGC guidelines. Voiding valid, accepted consumer bets simply to accommodate tgeir own operational platform migration sets a poor precedent for consumer protection and contract integrity in the UK betting industry. Update to developer reply Its nice that they SAY in there reply HERE that they take “UKGC compliance” very seriously. However response I got from the customer service complaint I submitted clearly indicate that they don’t otherwise ot would not have contained the phrase “new Sportsbook platform has been updated.
