Deposited another 25 to bet on games and won, was not credited with the $250 in bonus bets because only one new player promotion is allowed per account. Would have been nice if it didn’t automatically apply my first deposit to the casino bonus ### 1/5 — Do not use - Scam app *2026-07-19, version 26.07.02* Not only is the UI and backend trash, they don’t grade bets properly. Not good promotions either. I put 100$ for a casino 100% match. Then i realize i have to wager FIFTEEN times the amount i had deposited. Funny enough my money was gone already not even after it wagered it 3 times the amount i had deposited. My dad also was trying to get the free 250$ from a 10$ bet yeah doesn’t work. And even If it does it shouldn’t be this confusing there are sports books that just were yesterday created that have a better system. I had let my friend use my bank card because his card wasn’t working, and after that my account was restricted. I wish they had given me a clearer explanation and a fair chance to resolve the issue instead of blocking my account. Won over $100 outside the given bonus credits but winnings are only bonus credits and can’t withdraw a dime. So what’s the point in playing if you can’t withdraw your winnings when you’ve used real money so technically BetMGM owes me over $100 in winnings. These clowns have me a 10 bonus spins. I turned those spins into 200$ they wouldn’t let me withdraw cause of the “ requirements “ wagered the whole 200 and lost it all in seconds. Bunch of crooks it’s new to Alberta I just decided to try it. Closed me account immediately. This makes for a terrible experience on the app for all users affected by these location issues. I also want to address that the notifications for games are no longer working. I do not get notified about my soccer bets, if anybody scores, nothing. This has been ongoing for over a month now. Please resolve the issue. I already tried the troubleshooting steps support gave me and even logged in on another iPhone, but the same problem happens. I contacted support team multiple times but strangely, no one thinks this is a widespread issue.
