Took over a hour to get a winning ticket to post. That’s just not acceptable with all the competition that pays you instantly. ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-10-08* App is very glitchy. You have to step verify every single time you login. Promotion for new customers is terrible. You have to place a $10 bet and win to receive bonus bets. This apps verification process is terrible. No one to offer assistance or no chat. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ### 1/5 — Total scam do not deposit *2024-08-24* The Sportsbook is a complete scam. Stay away. If you win, they will slow pay and try to say your deposits are not valid. There is no customer support number and the helpdesk is located overseas. ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-06-17* There’s honestly no way this book is generating and revenue and it would be wise to exit this market. Constantly having to relogin is super annoying and needing to check location has got to be fixed. They don’t tell you this upfront I had to dig to find it. Secondly after a winning bet there are always log in issues. After trying to reset account they say email support. Whole app seems to be a scam. Stay away! I prefer Draft kings personally but anyone is better than this! ### 1/5 — Horrible stability *2023-12-12* This app has major stability issues. Should not launch acquisition promotions if your app can’t handle simple user flows. App keeps getting to the point where it shows a screen asking me to download the app (when I’m already on the app!) awesome experience. Have to force close and re-enter to fix the issue. Go to log in and my account is locked go three days of trying to get it unlocked. Finally get it unlocked just for the app to not work and keep saying betPARX is now on App Store download now! The interface is horrendously bad, and then they limited me within TWO days. Stay away ### 1/5 — Impossible to find and use app. ZeRo Stars! *2023-10-10* App is buggy and almost impossible to use. Takes forever to sign up. Stares you will get a bonus $125 in $25 free bets and betting a $10 wager an WINNING. It takes a little longer to figure it's self out if you go off the app but I haven't had no trouble and would say the only complaint I have so far is them verifying my information is taking longer then what I would want to. Ready to get paid . I would put it up against some of the others for sure ### 5/5 — New solid book! *2023-02-09, version 1.0* Just tried this new one and it’s becoming my favorite, great promos, easy navigation, and awesome interface. I love it. ### 4/5 — Misleading Reviews *2023-06-12* Surprising to see the reviews that this app has gotten. I use just about every single betting app (DK, Fanduel, MGM), and this is actually a very solid app. When they first released it it definitely was a little clunky, but with every update it has significantly improved. As far as the Sportsbook/promotions themselves, honestly they are one of the best on the markets. They have a ton of promotions and boosts, and from what I’ve seen almost always have better odds than DK and Fanduel. Not a perfect app but when you compare to the rest of the market it is actually really good (I think MGM is far more glitchy than this one). More bug fixes would do them well, but the book itself is very very good. ### 3/5 — Devs Under Par for 5 units *2023-04-03* The Sportsbook itself isn't terrible, but the app is..extremely challenging to use (to put it mildly) Crashes often and will occasionally prompt me to download the app... while I'm on the app.. ### 3/5 — Login/Face ID *2023-03-18* App is good and Sportsbook works but the fact I have to type my email and password and verification code everytime I wanna login is frustrating, please fix this ### 2/5 — It’s not any better than the others *2023-09-06* App makes you two step verify each time you login which is a pain. The odds are the same as BetRivers and some others. The promos are good but if you use the promos they will then ban you from them. UI is painfully bad, prepare to have to reset your password frequently and re-install the app frequently. ### 2/5 — Login problems *2023-02-19, version 1.0* Overall I like the sportsbook, I like their promos, etc. The app is a 2 star though. 1. When I open the app it immediately takes me to my location settings in iOS. Not sure why, I have it turned in and no other betting app does that. 2. Face ID doesn’t work. Every time I log in it asks if I want to enable it. I hit yes. Next time I open the app, same thing. 3. If you switch between apps it kicks you out. And since Face ID doesn’t work you can guess how annoying this is. 4. Disabling two factor security doesn’t stop the text message code each time you log in. So each time the app kicks you out and you log in again you’re having to wait for the code text. Please address these issues.
