You have to read the fine print in any bonus and make sure you are opted in. Customer support is no help and take a while to respond. Playing whatever I have left and deleting this app. Other apps I play pay more and give Dailey bonuses as well as weekly and monthly.

This Place maybe will pay out for a few hand but after that will kill you. To the point that if you actually hit a bonus you will be stunned. They will give a response like “Hundreds of spins with zero bonus? Wow, that must be incredibly frustrating. Just so we’re clear, our games are definitely not designed to prevent wins or anything shady like that—every single spin is 100% independent and totally random, we swear. If you’d like to share even more of this thrilling experience with us, feel free to reach out to support.”

Successfully created an account. The app asked me to link my bank account. As soon as I linked it with the correct account, the next page that loaded said account suspended. Had a conversation with customer support and they basically said they can’t discuss why it’s suspended and that there was nothing they can do.
Seems sketchy that they did it after I linked my bank account. On a sidenote, it takes some digging to find the place to message customer support.
