When I contacted their customer service to ask why my account was closed, this was the response I received from them: We have made a business decision to close your account with us. While it’s rare that we do this, we think it’s in the best interest of you and us to do so. It feels as if our service is unable to meet your expectations so rather than continuing to frustrate you, we feel this is the better approach. Section 5.6 of our Terms of Service gives us the right to close your account without explanation, but we wanted to at least let you understand the reason above. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time on this casino app *2026-07-24* My experience with this casino has been extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no issue when I deposited money into my account. However, the moment I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was suddenly asked to complete identity verification. I submitted everything they requested, including my driver’s license and a selfie, and then waited an entire week for a response. After making me wait that long, they simply sent me an email saying that my account had been closed. The most frustrating part is that they never explained why my account was closed. No reason, no evidence, no clear explanation—just an email telling me my account was gone. If there was a genuine issue, they should at least tell customers what it is. Closing an account without providing any explanation after keeping someone waiting for a week is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and respect for customers.
