I’ve had much more frustrating experiences on the other casino apps, even with their better bonus. I’ll take the app I can actually win on with smaller bonuses than vice versa. Best casino app and it ain’t close. ### 2/5 — Glitch in app for live MLB wagering. Innings don’t display! *2022-10-04, version 2022.19* Whenever I see an update is available I get excited thinking the developers took heed and improved live MLB betting. No luck. As is, you have to flip from the first screen to another just to see the current inning. Even then, you won’t see the current inning displayed. You literally have to count through vertical separators such as this: 1-0|0-2|0-0| Those separators are the only clue that it’s the 3rd inning. It’s as if they don’t want users knowing the current inning inning when placing live bets, and the extra time it takes to figure out the inning means the odds could’ve changed. I’ve informed several chat agents, all of whom only promise to pass on the glitch to the team. All other sportsbooks show the current inning and other pertinent info for live bets…on screen 1. ### 3/5 — New update is horrible *2022-07-14, version 2022.14* My 3 star rating is b/c unlike other users, withdrawal’s aren’t an issue. Here’s what is. Prior to the recent app update last month, this App was awesome to me. Gambling is a risk and that’s the choice you make. But with this new update, it’s been horrible. No bonuses, no wins, more and more deposits and less and less withdrawals. Plus if you play on a mobile device, they’re only certain games available to you. Some to none of your favorites are no longer available. Then you watch others win back to back daily b/c the update didn’t effect them much or at all. Not a fair gambling app. A lot of things changed. It was the first online casino I’ve ever signed up for. I just now looked at my deposit history and win/loss statement. I deposited almost $1,000 just in the past year and didn’t win enough at once EVER to cash anything out. I have zero cash outs from this casino yet well over $1,000 worth of deposits. Definitely stay away!!!! There are far more exceptional casinos online in NJ that actually pay out and make it fun and worth playing. This is a Big ol money pit. Not sure how it’s even legal. They have there sneaky ways of getting around it so it looks fair but believe me it’s an illusion. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2021-10-18, version 2016.61.1* They are allowed to restrict your account without warning and stop you from being able to partake in bonuses/promotions. If you contact support, they tell you the department in charge doesn’t talk to customers directly and there’s nothing you can do, and they don’t even give you a reason for that account restriction. But they were kind enough to let me know that if I keep spending money with them, I MAY get the restriction removed. I tried every method to withdraw my funds into my bank account but NOTHING WORKED. I spoke to chat support and they blamed my bank saying my bank blocked them.. which doesn’t make sense because I paid $25 to be able to play this gambling site. These people will steal your money and not give you what is yours!! I spoke to a “supervisor “ name “Ron” he didn’t help me at all, and he kept repeating himself. I asked him twice to speak to someone else but he refused. I’m reporting these people for stealing from me and not giving me the $191 that I won!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ### 1/5 — Good app - but loyalty/reward program is a hoax *2021-02-16, version 2016.61.1* I’ve got nothing bad to say about the app. Relatively glitch free, easy to use, games and odds seem as fair as anyone else, and the casino and sportsbook integrate seamlessly. Sadly, all of this is tarnished by a rewards program that is a complete sham. Point add up and can be cashed in for free play or bets , but the tier system and VIP top levels have ZERO value whatsoever. Points expire daily at breakneck pace, forcing you to play more and more just to tread water. After a year of grinding away, I was able to mercifully reach level 10, hoping to enjoy the benefits of the highest level of VIP status which are clearly stated to include complimentary luxury accommodation and a thank you dinner among other pleasantries...vip host ect.. instead earned only the right to wait in a chat room to submit an email request. Days later a host emailed to say they no longer offer these benefits, and to come in for some free play and dining comps!!!! These are things that are given out at most casino properties when you sign up for a player card .. not at the highest level of VIP offered.. no dinner , no accommodations.. hardly worth a drive to Philadelphia. Do they not realize that the entire states of PA and NJ are not a short trip away from the property?! My dad signed up for the bigbet500 super bowl promo. The terms were he had to deposit $100 and bet $100 on the super bowl which he did in two separate $50 bets. Then after the game they claimed that one of the bets was placed with “bonus money” even though he didnt activate his bonus money until after both real money bets were placed! After presenting customer service with irrefutable evidence that they made an error on their end they refused to admit it and told him they would have their promotions team “review his account”. They screwed him out of $400 in promo money. Please stay away from these crooks! ### 1/5 — If you start winning, you lose ability to withdraw money *2021-01-31, version 2016.61.1* Absolute joke of a casino. Offers great variety of games and promos. Have no issue depositing money. After having an account here for well over a year, finally won consistently just this week and magically now they needed stuff documents for withdrawals. (I’ve made a few withdrawals in the past, just generally lost). I uploaded the documents and was told could take as much as 48 hours to be approved. Over 80 hours later, I contacted support as I still had no access to my 400+. I was told it would take just a bit longer. 12 hours later I figured I might as well just play with it instead of deposit more since I may not ever get it. As soon as my account was at 0, I contacted support and told them to close my account. Upon telling them why, they decided to instantly approve my documents (mind you my account was at 0 now meaning I’d have to deposit more). I jokingly said to the person yeah, but who knows if I’d ever be able to withdrawal money again and he said they could ask for other documents but at this time there shouldn’t be any issue (I took that as if I win a few days in a row again they will shut off my withdrawals again). Ever since the casinos were shut down because of Covid, they have decreased the odds tremendously. I have bet high and received bonuses where I made ZERO dollars. I have had bonuses with over 20 spins and barely made $10. I have played games where I played over 20 rounds without winning more than 10 cents. I do win some at times but nothing to compare to fair play. How do you justify betting $1.20 or more and paying back 5 cents. It is a well known fact that casinos do have complete control over the odds and winning percentage. I used to enjoy playing but now all I do is lose and get extremely frustrated. Games rarely give out bonuses, you can spin over 500 times on a machine and not get a single bonus or a win over 3x your bet back. The “rewards” program is way below lack luster and you get hardly anything back for the amount you spend. My recommendation is to play on caesars. Have had much better time with them, more bonuses, more often, and even if you don’t win, the games pay back decent enough to actually get an enjoyable amount of time playing and it doesn’t feel like your money is going into a black hole.
