### 1/5 — HORRIBLE FOR SLEEP! READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!

So basically everything starts off fine, and I was enjoying the app. I was getting nice and relaxed and was about to fall asleep when suddenly, my phone’s brightness went all the way up. At first I thought it was just my phone so I closed out the app entirely but my phone’s brightness only goes up while in this app. I do not recommend this app. I just would also like to see that I can change how long the breathing exercises last. (They may have added that since I last used the app). Overall 1/5 because it was not relaxing AT ALL. If you’re a developer and you are reading this, please, please, PLEASE, fix this issue and I would be glad to use your app. But for now, it’s a no from me.
