Drink was satisfactory but, I’ll pass. I want what I want if I’m paying. That fact that other coffee places like Dutch bros/six beans/starbucks, etc, offer options and this place refuses, is ridiculous and disappointing. So over this place. Not going back. The only area that could use improvement is the app. I had trouble redeeming rewards, and instead of simply scanning a barcode, the staff had to manually enter my reward code or phone number, which feels less efficient than it could be. I also found the app a bit difficult to navigate. For example, it wasn’t easy to select decaf options, and I couldn’t find an add-on for sweet cream. It feels like the app could benefit from a more thorough usability review before new features are released.
