## What is Better by SBM?

"Better by SBM" is the official companion app for the 12-week virtual group coaching program, BETTER by Slow Burn Method.

If you keep starting, failing, and restarting despite your best efforts, the plan isn't the problem — it's consistency. This app is designed to help you build the 5 core lifestyle habits required to achieve your fitness goals without feeling overwhelmed:

Sleeping enough

Walking often

Exercising regularly

Eating enough protein

Limiting indulgences

HOW THE APP WORKS WITH YOUR PROGRAM:

• The Learning Phase (Weeks 1-9): Build habits without pressure. Focus on one action every day and track your effort every night in under 20 seconds.
• The Testing Phase (Weeks 10-12): Test your new lifestyle. You will learn to moderate your efforts by setting a floor and a ceiling for each habit and thrive in that range. Challenge yourself not to be intense, but to be consistent.

Lose the 'all or nothing' mindset, stop relying on motivation, and become someone who follows through.
