Reset password via reset link. Can sign in to website but app won’t work. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-07-30* I can sign in just fine on the website, but for more convenience downloaded the app. The app had me signed in but wouldn’t load. Deleted and then reinstalled and it won’t even allow me to sign in anymore. Horrible app, needs appt of work because even without signing in it still doesn’t load. Clearly they don’t care about the app experience. ### 1/5 — Can’t scan at store *2025-06-07* The whole point of me downloading this app was to be able to scan my rewards at the store and not have to give my phone number. What a waste of time getting everybody’s phone number and you can’t even have the option. The rewards card at the store? Why would you even make it an option in the app?
