I’ve used this app for years, and liked it. I even recommended it to a lot of friends. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to access the macro database to enter new foods, so I can only enter things I eat frequently. I tried deleting and adding the app again, nothing has worked. I reached out to customer service several weeks ago, and no one responded. I’ve cancelled my subscription. I wish I had cancelled sooner, because I just paid for a year, two months ago. A huge waste of money.

I started using this app to track my macros because I love the visuals. However, I just can’t use it anymore. It crashes and glitches constantly!! I have been using this app for a year now because I wanted to love it! Initially I did, but I’m over the crashing, freezing, and infinite loading screens. I’m not sure how this company can justify charging $9.99 a month for an app with so many bugs. Apps like Trifecta give you more for your money with the same price tag.

I’ve been using fitness apps for awhile now such as myfitnesspal. I really like how the user interface is setup with Betterhuman. It makes all the features you want to use easily accessible, which makes tracking more meals and workouts very simple. I can only see this app getting better as the app grows and more meals are created in the system. Would highly recommend to active people who are looking for a new fitness app!

This app originally worked great but for months has not opened and doesn’t acknowledge my email/user ID and the password reset doesn’t work.  Basically charging me for a non working app.
