Sleeep+ offers different types of subscriptions so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, monthly renewal, etc.). Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iTunes account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Было написано, что 3 дня пробный период, в итоге покупка прошла сразу. Видимо, так хитро было написано, что нужно нажать куда-то ещё. Неприятно.

Как мы видим, у вас в данных AppStore указана "Россия". Для некоторых стран (в том числе России) нет планов с пробным периодом. 
Если вы пользуетесь vpn или территориально находитесь в другой стране, то вам показывался экран с планами с пробным периодом для этой страны, так как система определяет пользователей по геолокации. Когда вы нажимаете кнопку "купить" (еще до покупки), приложение обращается к вашей учетной записи Apple ID и показывает план для страны, указанной в AppStore, и дальше покупка идет по данным, указанным в AppStore.

Безусловно, вы также можете вернуть деньги за покупку, пожалуйста, следуйте инструкции https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/HT204084. Обычно Apple возвращает деньги в течение 1-2 дней.
