But unfortunately like most of these carrier companies that open up in south fl, they pay the lowest possible with high volume. The routes cover little more than gas. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2026-07-29* This is the most misogynistic company I’ve ever worked for. Even if you’ve witnessed someone be a downright predator to the employees they do nothing about it. A waste of time trying to talk to them. I drove to the warehouse. They don’t have a route for me.Then they tried to give me a different area then originally requested. Under paid routes. Do the math it’s under $12 an hour before you add the gas. So sad ### 1/5 — Not for me *2025-02-28* Picked up a shift for a payment of $75 to $250 with 63 delivery stops. I delivered all 63 deliveries and got paid $82 for 5 hours job whereas I can easily make $150 with Uzurv within 5 hours. ### 1/5 — Unresponsive *2024-10-19* This app is more than likely a scam. I sent my information in and a month later I have still not received an response. I am now trying to locate the company to remove my information. The company fosters a positive, supportive culture where employees are valued. They consistently lead by example, provide guidance and encouragement, and are always willing to support their employees . Better Trucks-Jacksonville Hub is a great place to work, and I appreciate everything they do to help their employees succeed. ### 4/5 — If only they allowed you to return your route *2024-09-10* To think the worst day I had last year was the day my car was stolen. I asked if I can return everything with no penalty. It was that Tuesday we’re off on Mondays. My birthday was like Saturday. I never took it personally I didn’t want to ask if we’re allowed to return the route for that day with no penalty to see something like that in the future! I was there all the time and taking routes when people return them. I would work in the extreme weather. I’ll give it another try ### 3/5 — Nice but needs tuning *2026-07-27* This app is good for what it’s used for but the navigation can be very misleading. It will send you to an ally or even 4 doors down . Maybe it should offer map options. Google is not always the best choice ### 3/5 — issues after it update *2024-11-23* i hope it clears up, i did a route yesterday and it started force closing my app and when i went back in it either took my number away from the package once i arrive to where it was hard to contact the person i was delivering to. it did it a few times and towards the end of my route it brought them back up and rearrange my route and threw me off once i went to the house and realize i already delivery the packages...hope that small bug fix can get fix. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2024-12-09* The navigation is not very accurate. It will say you have arrived to a place that’s actually 5 doors down. Reroutes slowly. Routes are not always in the best order causing you to back track.
