### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-02-06*

They frequently cancel shifts at the last minute. For example, if I express interest in a shift and get assigned to it, I naturally assume I’m scheduled to work. However, they cancel just an hour before the shift starts. When I call for an explanation, they simply say, “Oh, we assigned too many people, so we had to cancel some drivers.” It’s a complete waste of time! The schedule is highly inconsistent, and I never even got to complete a single route because they kept canceling shifts everyday. Then I have decided to delete this app completely. don’t waste your time on it!

### 1/5 — No sirve

*2024-12-27, version 10.9.0*

### 3/5 — Contrary to other reviews.

*2024-11-22*

I strongly suggest that you have PRIOR delivery experience before signing up for this company. This is Independent Contractor work, so it is first come first serve, and NOT everyday will be an good day. Remember that! But overall the staff has been very supportive Big Shoutouts to Brooks & Angelica, great dispatchers 🙏🏽and they want to see people get an route they can handle. A MIDSIZE SUV or VAN would be ideal for this gig. Most of the people who I’ve seen complain don’t familiarize themselves with system map, and quiet frankly don’t use common sense. Don’t be one of those people! This company is growing in the right direction, you can be apart of the growth or you can go work at McDonald’s or something on the side. Pick your hard!

### 1/5 — It used to be a good gig

*2024-04-09*

I used to work 5 days a week every week. Then outta nowhere they started assigning people times in the morning when you can pick up your routes but everybody knows if you don’t get there at least an hour before hand you won’t get a route. It used to be first come first serve. Now they favor certain drivers and allow them to start before everyone else every single day during the week. Good luck speaking to a manager and if you do they won’t help you. So glad I quit last month.

### 1/5 — Inconsistent Scheduling

*2024-01-09*

I tried working at this Company located in Hillside Illinois. The first 2 Saturdays I was scheduled no problems. The last 2 Saturdays were not so good. The 3rd Saturday I was scheduled the day before and on the day of I was about to leave to go to the hub at 630am and I received a message in the app saying route was cancelled. I called dispatch and spoke to Ebony and she said they had assigned too many drivers and had to cancel my route. This also happened on the 4th Saturday as well for the same reason. This is ridiculous if you know you have way too many drivers why wait till the morning of to cancel the routes do it sooner than that. Don’t waste your time or energy with this company so disorganized and unprofessional staff working there. Plus if you have to return a package they don’t give good compensation for the return trip back to the hub. Just a bad overall experience.

### 1/5 — Trash Gig

*2023-12-21*

Pulled up to sight in Milwaukee, Wi and had to do packing and scanning outside in the rain. Staff is very disrespectful and you always work over the 6 hr time frame. The route is scattered in no particular order and you never reach the 150 payout no matter how many packages you do or time being spent on job. Now they’ve went from 100 to 150 payout to 75 to 150. Your definitely going to receive just the low end of that.

### 1/5 — Don’t

*2023-12-18, version 10.6.2*

I got approved to drive in two day and did a route the following day but never got paid for it I called them up and told them about they told me send them a screenshot but never heard nothing back from them

### 1/5 — No pay. Don't bother

*2023-12-13, version 10.6.2*

Still waiting to get paid

### 1/5 — Don’t do it

*2023-10-31*

I showed up to take a route and ended working in a warehouse and waiting for a truck for 2 hours then had to help unload, stage and setup deliveries and then scan my boxes 3 times and then go deliver them all day for 7 hours made $100, their app and scanning system is outdated and behind the times! Dispatch was very shady and overall treated like crap! Terrible attitude from the start! Just Don’t!

### 1/5 — Favoritism

*2023-07-18*

I suspect favoritism going on when it comes to getting routes confirmed. Also not enough work. It was my favorite at first but starting to fall off

### 1/5 — Very bad company

*2023-07-10*

Very unprofessional never got paid on time will cancel routes with out telling you drove for them for a month and deactivated people accounts with out telling them and not picking up the phone to explain why disbatch service is horrible worst job ever this company should be shut down

### 1/5 — Log out problems

*2023-06-08, version 10.4.1*

Keep logging out of app when you tap on bell notification

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-04-27, version 11.2.8*

Fix your damn app , this app freezes all the time while trying to deliver . What a joke

### 1/5 — they are unorganized

*2026-04-11*

you get assigned a shift but when you get there they say they have no routes….i say go early i. the morning to check for routes dont rely on this app. they need to do a better job at assigning routes and being consistent with accurate scheduling, you are wasting people time and gas driving all the way to a warehouse. gas is expensive in todays economy, this is also probably why alot of costumers complain about not getting their packages in time

### 1/5 — Waste

*2026-01-20, version 11.1.7*

What a waste of time they will approve you for a route, just for you to get to the warehouse and the routes isn’t available. Or never was

### 1/5 — Last resort

*2025-12-23*

This last mile company is very poor in organization and very inconsiderate. The routes are not efficient nor consistent. The hardest part is you can be assigned a route just for it to go away the day of, so there’s a good chance a persons time can be wasted on top of gas, which is very unprofessional as a company. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

### 1/5 — Not in Nashville

*2025-12-11*

The next day still waiting to gt paid !!waiting for months to work with these guys then boom gt booked and they cancel the route once I already showed up. Book again boom they cancel again finally gt a call first time ever give me the biggest route on hand .finished like 85% routes bigger than ups . I’m still waiting to be paid ! Their a joke flex is way professional and better and you’ll never have to look for your money

### 1/5 — Scam of a company

*2025-10-23*

Will waste your time to get your information, allow you to schedule a route. Then cancel it for no reason hours before the route starts. Claims they overbooked the route even though i was assigned this route multiple weeks ago. Don’t waste your time. Customers never get their packages

### 1/5 — FALSE PAY

*2025-05-28*

This company is bogus. They offer a minimum $75 to deliver but paid me $49 for a 5 hour route. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
They don’t tell you up front what you’ll make, just a range. Then pay you under what they offer. They make it impossible to speak to somebody. This place is horrible !

### 1/5 — The Worst

*2025-04-08*

This is by far the worst courier job that I have ever had, employees are very unprofessional and little to no customer service experience. They will assign you a shift and cancel last minute if they even remember to cancel you just might drive 45 minutes or more only to arrive and they do not have a route for you but they don’t care so they will just tell you oh you will be priority tomorrow. Now let’s talk about this App that does not work most of the time it will have you going in circles b and add hours to your route if you don’t catch it and the people on the company will be watching you go in circles and they will not call or let you know in any way or compensate you any additional wages for the inconvenience. The only good thing about this company is that they pay the same day but that’s only if you get work.

### 1/5 — Payment

*2025-02-08, version 10.9.0*

You can't direct deposit to your own bank

### 1/5 — What a joke

*2025-02-08*

I’ve literally had 4 shifts canceled back to back to back. This knock off delivery company is a joke. Even customers complain about their service. That review trying to contradict what everyone else was saying but mentioning dispatcher names, just confirms that they only pick and choose who they WANT to work. So why hire more drivers on and approve shifts just to give them to the same people???? Don’t waste your time.

### 5/5 — Great company!

*2025-12-03*

I have had the greatest experience working with Better Trucks DFW location! Super neat company,The staff is amazing, & the app is constantly updated & improving for a better, more effective& efficient experience on the road!

### 5/5 — They do not pay

*2025-06-28*

I did several routes for them. Then they stopped paying e. App issues cause errors when trying to deliver. They don’t provide enough app training.

### 5/5 — WILL NOT ALLOW your bank

*2025-02-16, version 10.9.0*

They ONLY USE ONE BANKING INSTITUTION: “Branch”

This FORCES us to USE THEIR BANK.

I am reporting this to the FTC.

### 5/5 — Update

*2023-06-29*

I got to talk to a dispatcher and get a better understanding but overall, I like Better trucks the best out of all the delivery gigs. I just wish there was more work.

### 5/5 — Driver

*2023-04-14, version 10.3.4*

Love it good routes decent pay next day pay as well.

### 5/5 — Good experience thus far

*2022-11-11*

Got approved to drive the same week I applied. Started driving the next week. Very convenient when you need to make extra money

### 5/5 — I they just assign me

*2022-10-24, version 10.1.2*

I will start my first day tomorrow 👌🏿

### 4/5 — Decent side gig

*2025-11-08*

I’ve worked for them almost a year and during the early stages, many of the commentary regarding organization were true. About six months ago they updated the app and route details. You can find out almost instantly a routes number of packages and payout. This information is provided the day of the route so you can cancel if it’s too big or if you don’t agree with the pay. Organization is key. You have to load packages accordingly so as you proceed in the route you can easily grab your package. If you don’t do this you can add hours to the delivery time. I have had a few cancelled shifts but they let you know two hours minimum prior. They also allow you to pick a zone, so you can deliver in areas of your preference. Packages are usually small but some routes do include larger boxes. A mid sized sedan or smaller suv is ideal. Dispatch is helpful and I normally don’t have any issue at the hub. You are required to return packages and aren’t compensated for this. This one of the only downsides. Typically, you just try and deliver your route. The only package you can’t leave are those that require signature, which are vape cartridges.

### 3/5 — T

*2026-08-05*

I’ve tried it once, The pay is not worth it and drivers need to know how many packages they’ll get in total for the shift. There should be option just for one “zone”
